Fixed Grid: DIY

Our Fixed Grids are a one-inch square wire grid in the size you order. They are easily installed and designed for simplicity and convenience. Custom sizes available.

These grids are only for ceiling or wall returns.

They attach securely to the top lip of your air return opening and stay in place.  They can NOT be used for a filter location inside your unit (our metal frames must be used for that location).

Once installed, all you need to do is replace the MERV 10, MERV 11 Green Screens or Blue Screen filter.

Important:

• One MERV 10 Green Screen will come with each Fixed Grid.  if you prefer a different Screen, just put in comment box at check-out.
• Fixed Grids can only be installed in a ceiling or wall return vent.
• If your filter is located inside your HVAC unit, you will need a Metal Frame in the appropriate size instead.
