Installation Notes

A Fixed Grid CANNOT be used inside your HVAC unit, ONLY in the ceiling or wall returns

For wall or ceiling returns, you have flexibility:
✔ Use the metal frame, OR

✔ Use a fixed grid you can easily install in your return opening (check out both options)

Captures Microscopic Particles

Our MERV 11 Green Screen is designed for enhanced air filtration with fully tactified surfaces—meaning the entire filter is slightly sticky to help capture even the smallest airborne particles.

It effectively traps:

Pollen
Pet dander
Dust mite debris
Fine dust and some bacteria

This added level of filtration helps reduce allergy symptoms while also keeping your HVAC system cleaner. By preventing buildup on your coils, it can help lower maintenance needs and improve energy efficiency.

Important Note:
We do not recommend this filter for homes with shedding pets. Because the entire filter is tacky, pet hair can collect quickly on the surface and cause it to clog faster than normal.

Recommended Alternative:
For homes with shedding pets, we suggest the Green Screen MERV 10. Its tacky layer is positioned at the final stage of airflow, allowing pet hair to collect all through the filter, helping extend filter life.

Long-Lasting Performance

Our filters can last up to 2-3 months while still maintaining strong airflow. Though pleated filters state they will last up to 90 days, most homes should change them every month because of the airflow restriction.
(Homes with pets, high occupancy, or severe allergies may require more frequent changes. Homes with multiple return locations should be able to last longer)

Available in sizes listed above. All filters are made in nominal sizes (even pleated) which are always smaller than actual sizes so they can fit.
