Installation Notes

A Metal Frame is required for filter location inside the HVAC unit.  For wall or ceiling returns, you have flexibility:

✔ Use the metal frame, OR
✔ Use a fixed grid you can easily install in your return opening (check out both options)

Our filters are treated with a safe, non-migrating antimicrobial agent that helps prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and fungi on the filter itself—keeping your air cleaner and healthier in any climate.

Captures Microscopic Particles
The green side, where the air goes through last, is slightly tacky and designed to trap the smallest particles, including:

• Pollen
• Pet dander
• Dust mite debris
• Fine dust and some bacteria

Long-Lasting Performance
Our filters can last up to 2-3 months while still maintaining strong airflow. Though pleated filters state they will last up to 90 days, most homes should change them every month because of the airflow restriction.
(Homes with pets, high occupancy, or severe allergies, carpet or dusty area may require more frequent changes.) (Multiple filter locations should last longer)

Available in sizes listed above.  All filters are made in nominal sizes (even pleated) which are always smaller than actual sizes so they can fit. 

•  Example: 20×25×1 = 19 5/8" × 24 5/8" × ¾"

Note on Filter Life

Every home/location is different. While our filters often last longer than standard options, we recommend monitoring performance regularly. Waiting too long to replace a filter can:

• Increase energy usage
• Strain your HVAC system
• Lead to costly repairs or breakdowns
