How it works

Three things to decide, then it runs itself

There is nothing clever about it, and that's the point. You are already buying this screen every few months. This just means you stop having to think about it.

  1. Tell us your size

    The same screen and size you'd order anyway. If you don't know your size, we'll work it out with you over the phone.

  2. Pick how often

    Most homes land somewhere between two and three months. Pets, carpet, or a dusty stretch of year shorten it.

  3. It shows up on its own

    A fresh screen arrives before the one in your unit is spent. Nothing to remember, nothing to reorder.

Choosing a cadence

How often should yours arrive?

Pull your current screen out and hold it up to a light. If you can't see much through it, you waited too long. These are starting points — we'll adjust it once you see how yours actually loads.

  • Every 3 months

    No pets, hard floors, and a house that isn't full all day. The longest interval most homes should run.

  • Every 2 months

    The common one. Carpet, a busy household, or a Texas summer with the system running most of the day.

  • Every 6–8 weeks

    Dogs or cats, or someone in the house whose allergies flare. Dander loads a screen faster than dust does.

  • Several returns?

    Homes with more than one filter location usually stretch further, because no single screen is doing all the work.

Set it up when you order

Auto ship used to mean calling us. It doesn't any more. Pick your screen and size, choose how often you want it — every month, or every two, three or six months — and the schedule is set at checkout.

The price is exactly the same as ordering one at a time. You're paying for the screen, not the convenience. Change how often it comes, skip a shipment, or stop it altogether — from your account, or call us and we'll do it for you.

Before you set one up

Can I change the schedule once it's running?

Yes. Pause it, skip a shipment, or change how often it comes — just tell us and we'll move it.

Can I stop it?

Any time, by telling us. There is no minimum number of shipments and nothing to cancel through a portal.

Do I need the frame first?

Yes — auto ship sends screens, and screens need a frame to sit in. If you're new, start with a Starter Pack (frame plus three screens), then put the refills on a schedule after that.

What if I have more than one filter size in the house?

That's common, and it's fine. Tell us each size and how many of each, and they ship together.
