Before you write
Can you help me work out my filter size?
Yes, and it's the most common reason people call. Use the size printed on your current filter if you have it, or measure the opening. Filters are sold in nominal sizes that run slightly smaller than the opening — a 20x25x1 measures about 19 5/8" x 24 5/8" x 3/4".
Which screen should I order?
Blue MERV 7 for everyday dust. Green MERV 10 or 11 for allergies or pets — that's what most people are on. Activated carbon is an add-on for odors, alongside a screen rather than instead of one. Call and describe the house and we'll tell you.
I want to set up auto ship.
Send us your size, screen type, and roughly how often you want it. We'll set the schedule and you can change or stop it by telling us.
Can I visit and buy in person?
The Bertram address is a warehouse, not a storefront. Call before making the drive.
