Product Overview

The 1" Yellow Screen MERV 11 Refill is our highest-rated filter—engineered for superior air quality and system efficiency. A smarter, more affordable alternative to traditional pleated filters, it improves airflow, captures more dust, and helps HVAC systems run more efficiently.

MUST INSTALL WITH A FRAME OR GRID – SOLD SEPARATELY.
The Green Screen system requires either a metal frame or a fixed grid to hold the filter securely in place.

Finally—A Filter That Doesn’t Make You Choose

Most air filters force a compromise:

Why settle for one or the other?
The Yellow Screen MERV 11 delivers both superior filtration and strong airflow—without compromise.

The Best of Both Worlds

Our advanced design is engineered to do what others can’t:
✔ Capture more dust and particles
✔ Maintain strong, healthy airflow
✔ Help HVAC systems run more efficiently

Why That Matters

Better airflow means:

Better filtration means:

Poor airflow and dust buildup on coils are leading causes of HVAC system failure—often occurring during peak summer heat. The Green Screen helps prevent these costly issues.

Fully Tactified Surfaces for Maximum Filtration

The MERV 11 Yellow Screen features fully tactified surfaces, meaning the entire filter is slightly sticky to capture even the smallest airborne particles. It effectively traps:

This enhanced filtration helps reduce allergy symptoms while keeping HVAC systems cleaner. By preventing buildup on coils, it can lower maintenance needs and improve energy efficiency.

Important Note About Shedding Pets

The MERV 11 Yellow Screen is not recommended for homes with shedding pets. Because the entire filter surface is tacky, pet hair can collect quickly and cause it to clog faster than normal.

Recommended Alternative:
For homes with shedding pets, choose the Green Screen MERV 10. Its tacky layer is positioned at the final stage of airflow, allowing pet hair to collect throughout the filter and extend filter life.

Long-Lasting Performance

Green Screen filters maintain strong airflow for up to 2–3 months.

While pleated filters claim a 90-day lifespan, most homes require monthly changes due to restricted airflow. Green Screens last longer and perform better, even in homes with:

Homes with multiple filter locations may experience extended filter life.

Hypoallergenic & Eco-Friendly

Designed for sensitive households, Green Screen filters are hypoallergenic and produce less waste than traditional disposable filters—making them a sustainable choice for cleaner air and a cleaner planet.

Installation Notes

A metal frame is required when installing Green Screens inside an HVAC unit to properly hold the filters in place (sold separately).

For wall or ceiling returns, there are two options:
✔ Use the metal frame, or
✔ Use a fixed grid that can be easily installed in your return opening (sold separately)

Note on Filter Life

Every home and environment is different. While Green Screen filters often last longer than standard options, performance should be monitored regularly.

Waiting too long to replace a filter can:
