Product Overview

Upgrade your air filtration system with the 4" Green/Orange/Blue Screen Filters—a smarter, more affordable alternative to traditional pleated filters. Designed to improve airflow, capture more dust, and help HVAC systems run more efficiently, these filters deliver cleaner air and longer-lasting performance.

Unlike standard pleated filters that trap particles only on the surface, our three-layer design captures dust throughout the entire filter. Each colored layer increases in density, targeting particles by size as air flows through—providing superior filtration with LESS restriction of the airflow.

Finally—A Filter That Doesn’t Make You Choose

Most pleated air filters force a compromise:

Filter Type	Pros	Cons
Expensive pleated filters	Trap dust effectively	Restrict airflow
Cheaper pleated filters	Allow airflow	Let dust pass through

Why settle for one or the other?
Our multi-layer Screen Filters deliver both exceptional filtration and strong airflow.

The Best of Both Worlds

Our advanced filtration is engineered to do what others can’t:
✔ Capture more dust and particles
✔ Maintain strong, healthy airflow
✔ Help HVAC systems run more efficiently

Why That Matters

Better airflow means:

Less strain on your HVAC system (helping it last longer)
Improved energy efficiency
More consistent comfort throughout the home

Better filtration means:

Less dust buildup
Cleaner air to breathe
Fewer airborne irritants

Poor airflow and dust buildup on coils are leading causes of HVAC system failure—often occurring during peak summer heat. The 4" Screen Filters help prevent these costly issues.

Built-In Antimicrobial Protection

Each filter is treated with a safe, non-migrating antimicrobial agent that helps prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and fungi on the filter surface. This protection keeps air cleaner and healthier in any climate.

Captures Microscopic Particles

The final green layer is slightly tacky and designed to trap microscopic particles, including:

Pollen
Pet dander
Dust mite debris
Fine dust
Some bacteria

This multi-layer design helps reduce allergy symptoms and keeps HVAC coils cleaner—lowering maintenance needs and energy costs.

Long-Lasting Performance

4" Screen Filters maintain strong airflow for up to 6 months.

Homes with pets, high occupancy, or severe allergies may require more frequent changes, while homes with multiple units may experience extended filter life.

Hypoallergenic & Eco-Friendly

Designed for sensitive households, these filters are hypoallergenic and produce less waste than traditional pleated filters—making them a sustainable choice for cleaner air and a cleaner planet.

Important Note on Filter Life

Every home and environment is different. While these filters often last longer than standard options, performance should be monitored regularly.

Waiting too long to replace a filter can:

Increase energy usage and costs
Strain the HVAC system
Lead to costly repairs or breakdowns
