Eco-Pocket Air Filter – Simple, Flexible Filtration for Tight Spaces
Overview
The Eco-Pocket Air Filter is a Green Screen–style filter designed like a sleeve—similar to a pillowcase—that slides over a reusable Inner Wire. This innovative design makes filter changes quick, clean, and easy.
Ideal for tight or restricted spaces inside HVAC units where standard pleated filters don’t fit properly, the Eco-Pocket maintains its shape and filtration performance even in compact installations. Unlike pleated filters that can bend or collapse—allowing dust and particles to pass through—the Eco-Pocket stays secure and effective.
Available in limited sizes.
⚠️ Important Note
The Eco-Pocket requires an Inner Wire to stay rigid and maintain proper airflow.
Inner Wire sold separately.
Key Benefits
-
MERV 9 Filtration
Captures common airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and pet dander for cleaner indoor air. -
Triple-Density Media
Traps particles throughout the entire filter—not just on the surface—for superior dust-holding capacity. -
Improved Airflow
Lower resistance compared to pleated filters helps HVAC systems run more efficiently. -
Dual Tacky Layers
Sticky outer layers grab and hold fine dust, pollen, pet dander, and other allergens more effectively.
How It Works
- The Eco-Pocket slides directly onto a reusable Inner Wire frame.
- Designed for fast, hassle-free replacements.
- The material may stretch slightly over time—this is normal and does not affect performance.
Quick Replacement Steps
- Slide the dirty filter off the Inner Wire.
- Insert the Inner Wire into a new Eco-Pocket.
- Reinstall with airflow entering the white side of the filter.
Care Tip
If the Inner Wire becomes tacky, wipe it clean with a damp cloth or a cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.
Note on Filter Life
Every home and environment is different. While Eco-Pocket filters often last longer than standard options, performance should be monitored regularly.
Waiting too long to replace a filter can:
- Increase energy usage
- Strain the HVAC system
- Lead to costly repairs or breakdowns
